Privacy & POPIA notice

This notice explains how CloudSync handles personal information submitted through this website or during a business enquiry. It is intended to support transparent processing under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Information we collect
We may receive your name, business name, email address, telephone number, project details, appointment information and any information you voluntarily include in an enquiry. Basic technical logs may also be created by our hosting and security providers.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work, keep business records, maintain security and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Website hosting, form delivery, appointment scheduling, email and analytics providers may process limited information on our behalf. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. Information may be processed outside South Africa where a provider's infrastructure requires it, subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and client information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual records, dispute handling and legal obligations. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or opt out of direct marketing. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
